We are currently in the process of building a world-class Strategy and Engagement team. This team will draw out and advise on the strategic interests of a fast-growing company, as well as oversee the development and implementation of data science, data analytics and data engineering projects to achieve tangible business impact.


As an Analytics & AI Consultant, you will work with team members of Strategy & Engagement to land, manage and expand data+AI engagements across industries. You will dedicate efforts to fully grasp the business needs and market trends, translate these findings into a solution and approach, and work with and within technical teams to deliver.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work within the Strategy & Engagement team and collaborate with our Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to ensure client engagements capture full business value
  • Lead technical client discussions to scope data+AI solutions (i.e. business and technical requirements, delivery approach, solution overview), leveraging internal technical experts as needed
  • Manage successful multidisciplinary technical projects (e.g. BI platform, MLOps, AI) with a focus on technical governance and stakeholder management
  • Work closely with our leadership and technical teams to fulfill company strategy and technical vision
  • Stay at the cutting edge of technology (of your given specialisation - BI & analytics, AI & MLOps) through hands-on project work and upskilling
  • Collaborate with our partners (Google, Intel, etc.) to define and execute a joint GTM and delivery plan, including setting a cadence, structuring and leading initiatives, structuring solutions and demos, etc.
  • Progressively influence and manage client relationships, in order to achieve buy-in of methods and results as well as foster long-term relationships


  • Previous experience in consulting within a technical / data-driven environment
  • Previous technical work experience as a Data scientist, Data analyst, Data consultant; familiarity with cloud technologies favorable
  • Robust problem-solving as well as verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and proven leadership skills in order to collaborate and work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to learn quickly, prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM and/or other quantitative disciplines
