As Finance Manager, you will be the go-to person for all finance related queries as well as creating, and implementing, long-term solutions and processes to aid in the smooth running of the company’s financial success. This position will suit someone with proven experience as a financial professional who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, fast-growing startup environment.


Your core goals as Finance Manager:

  • Senior leadership team advisory to ensure long-term financial success of the company
  • Accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting
  • Efficient and smooth-running core finance processes


With responsibility to:

  • Designing and implementing core financial planning processes and systems, incl. but not limited to budgeting and KPI forecasting
  • Forecasting and reporting on P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet, working closely with senior leadership team
  • Consolidation of group accounts & quarterly board reporting
  • Designing & managing the core finance processes, such as Accounts Payable, Receivable & Payroll, Inter-Country transfer pricing
  • Ensure tax compliance across geographies with support from our outsourced Management Accountants
  • Work closely with outsourced Management Accountants across geographies to ensure timely year & month end reconciliations

Requirements

  • BSc. or equivalent experience
  • Min. 5 years experience as financial planner / controller in a multinational environment
  • Ambition to grow as a finance professional in a fast-growing context
  • Ability to shape and rethink processes from the ground up
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
  • Knowledge and experience of Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Experience using accounting software (Xero, …)
  • A commercial mindset with strong attention to detail

Bonus points for (but not essential!):

  • Prior experience in start-up / scale-up
  • Experience with ERP solutions such as Oracle NetSuite
  • ACCA/CIMA qualifications
