Join our growing Delivery team as a junior project manager, where you’ll be central in connecting our internal teams with the right people or clients to ensure overall success in the delivery of every project. This role would suit someone who’s a mastermind at analytical thinking, coordination and organisation. You’ll get to work with a variety of people and will be in the unique position of having a constant birds eye view of every project. A great stepping stone for a junior PMO looking to further develop their knowledge of project related documentation, forecasting and developing and owning central processes critical for delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be working directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work with the Head of Delivery to standardise and deliver operational processes
  • Develop and maintain standard templates
  • Budget and reporting across a subset of internal projects
  • Develop tables and dashboards for senior reporting
  • Work closely with resourcing and project planning

Requirements

  • Ideally 1-2 years of previous project management experience (we will also consider confident and enthusiastic graduates who have a passion for technology)
  • Ability to apply a logical, solution based and analytical approach to work.
  • A natural communicator with an engaging and considerate approach.
  • Highly organised approach to your work
  • A fast learner with a demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Enjoys a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • A supportive, committed, and empathetic attitude in the performance of daily duties.
