We help clients, such as Vodafone, Lush, Sky and NewsUK take cloud technology to the limits by combining our expertise in machine learning, data engineering and advanced data analytics.

We are currently in the process of building a world-class Strategy and Engagement team. This team will draw out and advise on the strategic interests of a fast-growing start-up, as well as oversee the development and implementation of data science, data analytics, and data engineering projects to achieve tangible business impact.


As a Business Analyst, you will work with team members of Strategy & Engagement to coordinate and oversee work streams within AI, Analytics and Cloud Engineering engagements. You will dedicate efforts to fully grasp the business requirements given the client’s context and market trends, translate these findings to the technical team and communicate results to the relevant stakeholders, as well as ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Furthermore, you will receive multi-disciplinary training through hands-on experience and individual coaching in business strategy and management, communication to senior stakeholders, and the technical competency required to understand how artificial intelligence and data are transforming the business landscape.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work within the Strategy & Engagement team and collaborate with our technical teams to ensure client engagements capture full business value
  • Present and communicate project developments and solutions to relevant client stakeholders as well as identify project blockers and find mutually agreeable solutions.
  • Own and drive work streams related to company strategy and guidance to business development
  • Play a lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing high-value projects in data and AI
  • Analyse and interpret data and information from several sources to support clients in decision making and unlocking the value in data
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all projects by maintaining best-in-class project management and delivery standards
  • Progressively influence and manage client relationships, in order to achieve buy-in of methods and results as well as foster long-term relationships
  • Progressively manage project development and timelines to ensure deliverables are done on time and achieve excellence


  • Previous work experience in consulting and/or project management within a technical / data-driven environment is essential
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (preferably but not necessarily) Business, Economics or STEM
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ownership
  • Robust problem-solving as well as verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership skills in order to collaborate and work within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to learn quickly, prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about the intersection of business strategy and data technologies
