We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us for maternity cover starting in August 2022. You will join our current People Team of 7 and report directly to our Head of People & Culture. As HR Manager your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Administration of HR Systems - Managing our various internal systems, policies, and procedures including our HRIS and ATS to ensure all records are kept up to date and compliant, ensuring accurate reporting
  • Visa Sponsorship - Manage new and existing visa sponsorship via the Home Office SMS
  • Recruitment Support - work alongside the talent acquisition team to support recruiting projects, send and negotiate offer letters, organise employment contracts, and manage the onboarding process
  • Payroll - Liaise with our external accountants and internal finance team to manage the monthly payroll
  • Line Management - Direct line management of our Team Assistant
  • General HR Management - This is a varied role and you will also help manage various internal initiatives, L&D projects, policy writing, responding to and prioritising various questions from employees and managers etc.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a HR Management role or equivalent
  • Experience managing the visa sponsorship process via the Home Office SMS and a good understanding of the process
  • Comfortable managing recruitment processes and offering guidance to line managers and other team members
  • Previous line management experience
  • Be a team player and willing to help out in all areas of the business
  • CIPD Level 5 or above

Desirable:

  • Experience with BambooHR and Workable
