We're seeking an agile practitioner with demonstrated experience leading agile transformations for large enterprises. In your role, you will drive engagements of cross-functional, joint Datatonic / client teams, delivering solutions in AI & Analytics, as well as Cloud Transformation projects. You'll also be responsible for implementing agile across the whole business at Datatonic, providing hands-on training and coaching on agile concepts, and delivering the key enablers needed to address and deliver the change.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate agile development and ways of working across the whole business
  • Launch project teams on short and long-term project engagements, coaching the teams in vision creation, forecasting and self-organisation
  • Contribute to high-value client engagements, adding value to key strategic projects with direct project management involvement, and helping clients to define objectives and key results against their ambition
  • Coaching teams and 'heads of' to clarify their desired outcomes, selected experiments, and incremental improvements
  • Teaching either in formal training sessions or less formal discussions
  • Bringing back learnings as to how teams are innovating and how that can be shared back with other teams and other clients through the wider practice
  • Provide thought leadership around business agility trends and leading industry practices and approaches

Requirements

  • A strong Agile mindset, along with mastery of Agile frameworks and practices
  • Consulting experience in leading Agile engagements, working with enterprise-level clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and capacity to inspire and motivate
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge in agile delivery frameworks and methods (Scrum, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe, Kanban, Upstream Kanban, XP etc….)
  • Focused on continuous improvement
  • Effective leadership capability
  • Desire to join a diverse, multinational team of AI & Cloud Engineering enthusiasts.

Bonus points for (but not essential!):

  • Experience within the AI/Data/Cloud space
  • Knowledge of DevOps techniques and implementation approaches
  • Multi-lingual
