At Datatonic, we are looking for Customer Engineers with experience on Google Cloud Platform to join a rapidly growing team building industry-leading, future-proof data, analytics, and AI solutions for our customers.
As a Customer Engineer at Datatonic, you will be the technical point of contact for our customers during the pre-sales journey. You will explain technical concepts and triage client’s technology challenges; run discovery conversations; help customers understand their future-state architecture; build demos; and enable delivery of solutions from proof of concept builds all the way to production implementation of world-class data solutions.
As a Customer Engineer at Datatonic, the main roles you will interact with are:
1. Qualifying new opportunities from a technical perspective
2. Understanding the customer’s business and technical requirements
3. Together with our technical SMEs, translating a customer’s technical requirements into a proposed solution
4. Be the go-to technical point of contact for our customers throughout the entire pre-sales process
